If you haven't already done so, you should check out the "basics" podcasts. They're the foundation of Manager Tools, and they really work. You'll find most folks on the forums will refer to these basic tools when discussing issues.

We're glad you found this resource. Definitely follow John's advice. The "Basics" feed is one of the first things I share with others who are new to Manager Tools and looking for more.
You may have already noticed that there are a lot of back episodes in both Manager Tools and Career Tools, and more coming out each week.
