I'm Tom Waltz, CAD Manager for an architectural firm just outside Philadelphia, PA. My company made the switch from 2D CAD to 3D Virtual Building software 4 years ago under my very inexperienced guidance. Now that I'm more of a trainer and overall manager in the firm, I'm doing all I can to learn how to manage 50+ people! Thanks to Mike and Mark for all their amazing insight :-)
