Great little book that i knocked out in under an hour. Would recommend to any new manager just starting out. Also a good refresher for experienced managers. The info sounds strangely familiar!!!!!

This book highlighted many things my previous managers had been terrible at, a few they rocked, and how I want to be managed (and therefore should manage?)
