Interdepartmental Team Meeting Name - Looking for Ideas

Hello MT Friends:

I am requesting suggestions on a new title to our company's key weekly meeting.

Our 11 year old B2B consulting company has two primary departments:  Contract Management (similar to a procurement department:  send out RFP's, negotiate proposals with vendors and generate contracts) and Business Development (acquire and maintain qualify clients who ultimately approve of the proposals generated by Contract Management). We have grown in the last few years to 14 associates.

We have a weekly 90-minute meeting with key personnel from both departments (6 to 8 people each week).  We use the MT meeting agenda format (written agenda, stated purpose of the meeting, times, owners of topics, parking lot, etc.).  We all work from home offices in two metro areas, so the call is via phone (we meeting several times per year in person).

We have been calling these meetings "Vendor Proposal Meetings" or "Vendor Proposal Production Meetings" and the emphasis has been on our Contract Management department generating proposals (this department would be our assembly line if we were manufacturers).  We've outgrown those names since we now have a back-log of proposals awaiting client approval and past titles have put emphasis on Contract Management and away from Business Development.

1) Sending our RFP's, 2) generating proposals, 3) having them approved by our clients and 4) sending out the applicable contracts is the CORE of our business...almost all of our processes revolve around these four benchmarks.  This weekly meeting is more focused than a weekly staff meeting.  These meetings allow for greater collaboration by providing key updates from vendors and clients and helping us prioritize projects.  All key personnel are given agenda time to discuss priorities around their vendors and clients as needed.

Apologies for the long post....I thought some details and background was necessary.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Mike

I know you are looking for a serious answer, sorry but I'm not that good at actually naming things.  But this looks like a great excuse for an Acronym Buzzword Challenge!
Here are my entries:
Process Operation Exchange Meeting or  POEM
Total Holistic Environment Meeting or THEM
Customer Activity Status Update Meeting  or  CASUM
All Business Contract Development Exchange or ABCDE
Procedure Interface Exchange 360 or PIE360 (it's a math joke)
Customer Action Status Huddle or CASH
Interdepartmental Process Operations Discussion or IPOD
Holistic Objective Vendor Exchange Report or HOVER
or just "THE Meeting"
Seriously "Interdepartmental Team Meeting" or "Business Process Meeting" is just to dull!

An actual acronym that I came across in an interview.
Business Operations Review - BOR
I couldn't keep a straight face.  Luckily the hiring manager had a sense of humour "That hadn't occurred to me, but yes on occasion".  Didn't get the job :(

Thanks, Canyon!  I thought my initial request was a bit silly, but this meeting name issue has become a bit of a challenge to include the focus on our Business Development group and not just Contract Management.  One of your suggestions just may work, particularly "THE Meeting"!

Darrell - That's great but they should make it the Business Operations Review Exchange Dialog. (How did I miss that one!)
cocomj - Glad you liked them. I think the Tactical Holistic Exchange Meeting is a winner too.
hyubdoo23 - Love It!
