 Hello,

My name is Mark. I have just recently taking on a role as an ISC Supervisor for a big manufacturing company and I'm a marketing major!!. So, I'm turning 31 this year and on a the first year of a 3 year plan to get to Site Operations Manager. Then on to a plan to be a Director! Yeah, so great site, i was looking for a forum for people like me! Just trying to see all aspects of what management can be.

Congrats Mark on your new role. ISC is a great place to be. I am currently in a similar role but will be in Ohio next week lookin at a new one. Keep up the good work.

Welcome to the Manager Tools community, Mark! And congratulations on your new role.

There's many great folks here with lots of good, real world experience. When I got my first promotion as a manager, it was very helpful to know I wasn't alone with my challenges and struggles.
