Clive Woodward brilliantly coached the England rugby team to win the Rugby World Cup in 2003. He is now director of elite performance for the British olympic team ahead of 2012. He recently gave an interview for BBC Radio 4 'Desert Island Discs' that includes some great insights into his goal-setting and coaching techniques. Well worth a listen on so many levels.

Enjoy
