Hello hiring managers,
I have a fairly successful manager/director history of more than a decade. I have lots of good M-T approved bullets showing my successes.
I am also a part time music minister at a very liberal church in town.
Would you as a hiring manager be impacted in any direction if you saw my part time church job along with my corporate experience?

Only if relevant.
By that i mean that if your role involved some achievement with a skill relevant to the job you are applying for, then it would be ok to include it. If irrelevant, than leave it out and allocate that space to relevant achievements.
