Im starting a new leadership position and my numer two comes in two months after me.
I need to speak with my directs and others in the team to try and ateady the ship.
The intial 1-2-1's will be me calling them about specific projects or clients, and a lot of them will be managed by my directs.
How would you approach the calls?
I'm thinking, short intro to myself (they would already have been sent an email), ask them about thier journey in the company and then do I get straight into what I want to know?
